In this critical role' you will provide outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clients' managing inquiries related to various banking services and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Your fluency in Italian will be instrumental in delivering personalized assistance and building rapport with our customers.
Responsibilities - Assist customers in Italian via multiple communication channels' including phone' email' and chat' responding to banking-related inquiries.
- Guide users through account management' transaction processes' and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism' ensuring prompt resolutions and maintaining high satisfaction rates.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure effective solutions.
- Stay informed about the latest banking products' services' and regulations to provide knowledgeable assistance.

Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support' especially in the banking or financial services sector' is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with banking products' services' and regulations is a plus.
