The House of Mercier is excited to offer a position for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in the banking industry' located in Athens' Greece.
In this essential role' you will be the primary contact for our Italian-speaking clients' providing them with exceptional support for their banking inquiries.
By leveraging your language skills and banking knowledge' you will help ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities - Assist customers in Italian through various communication channels' including phone' email' and chat' responding to inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Guide clients on managing their accounts' processing transactions' and resolving any issues they encounter.
- Handle customer complaints professionally' ensuring efficient resolution and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately' maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest banking products' services' and regulations to provide informed assistance.

Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer support' particularly in the banking or financial services sector' is preferred.
