The House of Mercier is excited to offer a remote position for an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative specializing in online travel services' based from the comfort of your home in Greece.
In this important role' you will assist our Italian-speaking customers with inquiries related to their travel bookings' providing them with the support they need to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities - Engage with customers in Italian through various communication channels such as phone' email' and chat' helping them with their online travel inquiries.
- Assist clients with bookings' itinerary changes' and cancellations while providing clear guidance on travel policies and procedures.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly' striving for optimal resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions' inquiries' and resolutions.
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to resolve complex booking issues and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about ongoing travel trends' company offerings' and related policies to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience and building brand loyalty.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer support' preferably in the online travel industry' is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and customer service software is a plus.
