In this exciting role' you will serve as the primary contact for our Italian-speaking customers' providing exceptional support for inquiries related to their travel bookings and experiences.
Your fluency in Italian will enable you to assist clients effectively and ensure a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities - Assist customers in Italian through various communication channels' including phone' email' and chat' addressing inquiries about online travel services.
- Guide clients through the booking process' manage itinerary changes' and provide information regarding travel policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally' ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately' maintaining detailed records of inquiries' feedback' and outcomes.

Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support' particularly in the travel or hospitality industry' is preferred.
