In this exciting role' you will assist our Italian-speaking customers with their travel inquiries' bookings' and related services. Your fluency in Italian will be essential in providing exceptional support' ensuring that clients have a smooth and enjoyable travel experience. Responsibilities - Engage with customers in Italian through various communication channels' including phone' email' and chat' addressing inquiries related to online travel services. - Assist clients with booking procedures' managing reservations' and addressing changes or cancellations. - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries and resolutions. - Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed. - Stay informed about travel industry trends' destinations' and services to offer knowledgeable assistance. - Contribute enhance customer experience initiatives and ensure a seamless travel journey for clients.
