- Assist with order inquiries' returns' and exchanges while ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
- Address customer complaints professionally and effectively to promote brand loyalty.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain updated customer records.
- Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and enhance service offerings.
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends' product details' and brand initiatives to provide informed support.

Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support' especially within the luxury retail or fashion sector' is highly desirable.
