In this dynamic role' you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Italian-speaking customers' providing expert assistance regarding our cutting-edge fitness technology products and services.
Responsibilities - Engage with Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels' including phone' email' and chat' addressing inquiries related to fitness technology.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues' providing product information' and guiding them in maximizing their fitness experiences.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally' ensuring effective resolutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records of inquiries and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness technology and product offerings to provide informed support.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience and fostering brand loyalty.
Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English' both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support' particularly within the fitness technology or related industries' is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and guide customers to suitable solutions.
- Familiarity with fitness technology products and experience with customer service software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
