In this position, you will engage with our esteemed clients regarding their inquiries or issues, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in an effective and timely manner.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate information to customers.
Document all customer interactions meticulously within the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with fellow team members to devise strategies for improving customer satisfaction.
Participate in training and development sessions to keep your skills sharp.
Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing customer experience and service processes.
Requirements Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer interaction tools.
A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a new cultural setting.
