Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries about technology solutions. Handle complaints and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up where necessary. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate issues and facilitate quick resolutions. Stay updated on product knowledge, technological advancements, and company offerings to provide meaningful support. Meet or exceed respective customer satisfaction and performance metrics. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Technical aptitude and a passion for consumer technology. Ability to work well in a team-oriented, remote environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends as needed.
