Assist customers with a wide range of airline inquiries, including booking arrangements, cancellations, and modifications. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and inquiries in the system. Collaborate with airline partners to ensure customers receive top-notch service. Stay updated on airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate information. Meet established customer satisfaction and performance goals. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts effectively. Familiarity with customer service tools and systems to track inquiries.
