**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
In this exciting role, you will:
- **Moderate Content**: Review and manage user-generated posts to ensure compliance with policies.
- **Report Violations**: Escalate any breaches of platform guidelines.
- **Maintain Quality Standards**: Consistently ensure accuracy and clarity in all tasks.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with the platform's latest guidelines and trends.
- **Fluent in Italian (C2)** and Good in English.
- **Passion for Social Media**: Tech-savvy and curious about digital trends.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Empathy & Communication**: Professional and understanding when handling sensitive content.
- Experience in customer service or content moderation is a **bonus**, but not essential!
