Your Responsibilities Deliver top-notch customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service quality.
Collaborate with your colleagues to meet and exceed service targets.
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
Requirements Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
Excellent communication skills and eagerness to collaborate with others.
