Your Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone and email.Address inquiries regarding luxury appliances with knowledge and professionalism.Resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.Document customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement.Collaborate with your team to enhance the customer experience and share insights.Participate in training sessions to keep up with product knowledge and best practices.
