What does your day-to-day in this role look like as an Advertisers Support Advisor:
Product support via telephone, email, and live chat to businesses and individual sellers
Technical troubleshooting and escalation support
Effective help and advice to merchants to unlock revenue and drive value for their customers
The Profile
You have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service role
You possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
You are a strong networker and relationship builder
