Activities: User support level 1 (Ticket by ServiceNow) Perform regular support, maintenance, and administration of user workspace solutions, and user client infrastructure management (laptop/printers/smartphone) Teams Meeting room management Competences: Degree/Bachelor in IT area Good competences in OS Windows and Office package Competences on modern ticketing system (preference ServiceNow) and Microsoft/Autodesk tools (installation and configuration) Client-oriented approach English (good level) Working with international team Problem solving J-18808-Ljbffr
