Key ResponsibilitiesManage, maintain, and evolve the company's websites on WordPress, while collaborating with internal departments to convert their content into website material.Support the adoption of digital technologies across the organization, assist in recognizing opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
Facilitate initiatives to enhance digital fluency among staff, fostering a culture of innovation.Design and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, libraries, lists, and Power Automate flows, that meet business requirements.
Develop integrations with other core business platforms and the broader Microsoft 365 suite to create seamless workflows.Lay the groundwork for your evolution into a project management role by leading development projects, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with strategic objectives.Serve as the primary liaison between IT and various business units, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information.

MUST HAVE A proven experience in creating and managing websites on WordPress.Broad and deep understanding of SharePoint Online and Security best practices.Good knowledge and understanding of features within the Microsoft 365 suite.NICE TO HAVE PowerShell to administrate SharePoint.SAP Concur knowledge.SAP SuccessFactors knowledge.Power Automate, and the wider MS365 suite knowledge.Implementing custom components using SPFx (SharePoint Framework).Experience developing and supporting interfaces between SharePoint and other applications via API's.Proficiency in programming Azure Functions using C#.Required LanguagesProficiency in spoken and written English is highly valued.
