Responsibilities:
Assist with maintaining the university's voice/data network.Inventory management of telecom equipment.Telecom equipment deployment.Responding to and resolving daily tickets/tasks.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:
Enrollment as a student at Villanova University with 1 year of previous relevant experience or relevant coursework.Basic understanding of computer networks and telecommunications.Willingness to complete necessary training and certifications.Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.Wage Rate: $13/hour
