Provide first-level help desk support to help maintain all UNIT-supported systems.Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.Requirements: Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Excellent customer service skills.Additional Information: Summer, Fall, and Spring position.UNIT will provide ALL training.Must have a current driver's license to obtain golf cart certification.Physical Demands Summary: Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs.Wage Rate: $11.25
