**IT **Technician - Cassino**
**Company Overview**
**Scoope of the position**:
- Intervene in the event of hardware and software update activities related to user/ICT Directorate requests.
- Operate in compliance with current procedures and regulations (Privacy Law and GDPR, SOX, ISMS Corporate, ISO TS).
- Provide first level support on issues related to both office and production users.
- Use and maintain the company's ticketing system, assigning the correct group and following up their resolution within the set timeframe.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage Disaster Recovery tests within his/her responsibility based on instructions received from his/her direct manager.
- Update and check non-compliant systems communicated to him/her by his/her direct manager.
Managing and updating the corporate information system
- Collaborate in the implementation and physical installation of devices, their cabling and connection of workstations.
- Participating in defined training courses and highlighting personal needs for further training.
- Proactively participate in and encourage the exchange of information within the division.
- Carry out support and upgrade activities for network-related devices, connectivity and cabling.
- Install and configure hardware and instruct users on its use according to Lear rules.
- Maintain the main asset management system up to date.
- Manage ticketing and escalation by assigning the ticket to the correct group, follow the evolution of the solution and inform the customer of the outcome.
- Knowledge of the most widely used information systems (Ex.
Office).
