It Technician

**IT Technician**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to computer related tickets within set KPIs
- PC (desktops / laptops) Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Read and understand English technical documents (working instructions, standard operating processes)
- Ability to resolve Windows 10 & 11 Operating System errors
- Device lifecycle management within asset management tool (creation, modification, retirement, database accuracy quality monitoring)
- Good skills and knowledge of Windows Operating systems
- Ability to perform accurate network patching and switch installation in racks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including MS Teams
- Correctly track incidents and hardware orders timely and accurately using Service Now.
- Hardware support e.g. printer setup, component replacement, barcode scanners, Zebra devices, etc
- Basic knowledge of MDM solutions (MS InTune, Apple DEP, Samsung Knox)
