The resource will collaborate to reinforce the IT Retail team responsible for the development of the smart traffic solution and related aftersales support.
The resource will be responsible for supervising partner suppliers for all aspects and IT activities relating to the development phase and aftersales support, verifying compliance with the agreed SLAs, guidelines and technical requirements for first installs, as well as the correctness of the troubleshooting procedures and the general quality of the service.
Requirements: • Technical skills in the ICT field, in particular in managing and monitoring networks, devices, knowledge of network protocols and 1st, 2nd level troubleshooting skills in the IT Retail field; • Expert knowledge of HTML code, CSS and JavaScript libraries, Phyton, C, C++; • Knowledge of the Linux operating system, expert level; • Knowledge of the MS Office applications package: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; • A bachelor's degree in computer information systems, management information systems, or similar.
• A master's degree in technology management or business management would be advantageous.
• Extensive experience in technical management, preferably in a related industry.
• Advanced knowledge of CIS innovation and integration.
• Ability to manage IT support teams, as well as train new IT staff.
• Extensive experience in collaborating with CIS development teams and users.
• Ability to diagnose faults, oversee CIS user-testing, and implement required changes.
• Ensuring optimal hardware and software functionality, as well as network security.
• Ability to keep up with CIS advancements.
• Knowledge of English (written and spoken), level B2; • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have: Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
Strong hands-on experience with Python, C, and C++, and familiarity with modern software design patterns and best practices.
Exposure to DevOps methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
Expert-level knowledge of the Linux operating system (e.g., system performance tuning, shell scripting, kernel module configuration).
Proficiency in managing Windows-based environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL solutions (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their associated tools for compute, storage, and networking.
In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and ability to implement best practices for threat detection, incident response, and data encryption.
