We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a crucial role in steering the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring the success of our tech recruitment team!
What you'll be doing: Curate and post technical job descriptions on Landing.Jobs, social media, and other relevant channels Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies, and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly Manage our client portfolio, providing expert consultation to encourage repeat business Network with potential candidates to promote our brand and ensure that it attracts qualified professionals Build and maintain a candidate database to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified applicants Remain up to date on technological trends to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs Collaborate with the Head of Recruitment and other internal teams (e.g.
Marketing, Product team) to ensure seamless fulfilment of client needs and overall client success Main requirements + 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar role, with proven experience in the tech industry Experience using expertise recruitment platforms and database Knowledge of applicant tracking systems Understanding of tech industry trends and terminologies Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written English skills Nice to have Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field Two or more years of experience in IT or technical recruiting for an agency
