IT Systems Administrator (internship):TXT Group is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join the head company's IT department in the Cologno Monzese office.
We are looking for recent graduates with a passion for technology and a genuine desire to learn new skills in the area of hardware and software technical support.
What you will be learning:Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems;Provide technical support to end users and promptly resolve IT-related issues;Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems is essential.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft Certified Associate (MCSA) will be an excellent asset.
Education:High School Diploma or Degree in a technical or computer science field.
A good command of the English language and the ability to work both on your own and as part of a team will round off the profile.
