Maintain an innovative IT architecture by providing professional perspectives on the latest IT advancements. Independently handle and resolve level 2 technical issues within the client's IT/OT infrastructure. Integrate IT and OT functions and systems, ensuring robust cybersecurity across all levels. Provide specialised technical support for IT/OT systems, with a primary focus on IT components within industrial production architectures and systems. Develop and implement continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency and usability of production systems. Keep project documentation current and accurate. Participate in managing technical changes within the client's IT/OT infrastructure. Operate proficiently following the client's quality guidelines and manuals (specific to IT/OT and general). Collaborate with suppliers and internal/external designers, contributing IT expertise for the development or technological adaptation of IT architectures and industrial automation systems. Requirements
Advanced knowledge of common operating systems. Strong understanding of databases and complex data structures (big data), with basic competence in data processing. Proficient in network technologies and protocols, such as TCP/IP, routing, filtering, and DNS. Expertise in cybersecurity, including data encryption, Zero Trust architecture, and network segmentation. Familiarity with cloud technologies, collaboration platforms, and big data platforms. Basic knowledge of scripting with a general understanding of programming languages. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to autonomous learning. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact directly with clients. Attention to detail in recording and documenting completed activities, with the capability to create a clear narrative of actions taken. Basic understanding of project management methodologies. Prior experience in a similar role. English language certification of at least C1 level. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (COBIT/ITIL). Diploma and/or bachelor's degree in technical-scientific disciplines. What We Offer
