About the teamJoin the Internal IT Team that enables other Mambuvians to achieve their goals by providing them support on their day-to-day tasks and enabling the growth of Mambu. You will be responsible for setting up and supporting Identity management, procuring and setting up office IT hardware, desktop support, access provisioning, and providing guidance on the different tools at their disposal transversely across all sectors of the business.
What you'll do:Remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniquesDirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnelProvide accurate information on IT services, tools, and proceduresDocument events, problems, and their resolution in tickets.Support the local IT Specialists with daily tasksIntroduce users to the IT Tools (on-boarding)Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures and solutions.Monitoring and responding effectively and quickly to requests received via the IT helpdeskWhat you'll bring:Your experience includes: A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other IT support roleTech-savvy with working knowledge of IT equipment, hardware and softwareGood understanding of Apple MacOS and iOSAbility to diagnose and resolve basic technical issuesInformation Security and compliance awarenessBasic knowledge of IT networking, IPs, DHCP, DNSYour futureWe aim to be the leading cloud-banking platform, powering the future of banking and igniting financial change globally. The midpoint for this position is €37000 gross (before taxes) yearly. This is a full-time equivalent target rate for Lithuania only. Actual rate offered will vary depending on the nature of the role and the breadth of skills and expertise the candidate brings to the role relative to existing Mambuvians.
