If you want to know more about us, take a look here: www.satispay.com   Join us as  IT Support Specialist What you will be doing Reporting to the IT Support Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and integration of the company's systems for Operation, ensuring the daily operation, maintenance and optimization of company processes, systems and devices.  Key Responsibilities: Provide first and second-level technical assistance to resolve hardware and software issues; Monitoring and managing Endpoint solutions (Android, IOS, MacOS);  Configure, integrate and maintain IAM solution and company system;  Manage and optimize the company's network for optimal performance; Analysis, optimization and redesign of existing integration processes; Analysis of requests, and project planning for systems integration within the company. If you're looking for a career opportunity where you challenge yourself, learn and professionally grow, Satispay is the right place for you!  You have: 2 to 4  years experience in similar positions; Knowledge of Google Enterprise platforms (certifications are preferred); Knowledge of SAAS, IAM,  API,  2FA, SAML/oAuth2 the microservice API pattern paradigm. You are: Task-oriented, organized and able to prioritize; Problem-solving and project management. Logistic & Salary The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.  We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.  Stock option plan available. Our selection process may vary in the number and order of steps but generally includes an HR interview, technical evaluation and a final meeting in person.
