As part of our growth strategy, EMM is looking for a : IT Support Specialist (3rd level) Main Activities : Managing incidents and support requests for applications based on Java, Spring, Angular, and Oracle DB. Proactive monitoring and intervention to prevent issues. On-call availability for one week per month. Required Qualifications : Advanced knowledge of SQL. Experience with Unix. Knowledge of Unix Shell. Familiarity with ITIL standards. Experience with performance monitoring systems (e.g., Dynatrace). Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of Agile frameworks.
