We are looking for a talented : IT-Support Mac enthusiast, with the ability to find solutions to problems and with excellent user service skills. Your role Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Being the main point of contact for Service Desk requests, across all departments. Manage the whole lifecycle of the requests, from acceptance to resolution, including the reporting, and the communication to the users, to ensure their full satisfaction. Perform the 1st level IT support (and 2nd level when needed). Purchase, prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot end-users' software and hardware. Train and assist users with their applications and devices. Perform Microsoft 365 and Salesforce administration tasks. Conduct the onboarding and offboarding process, including users, licensing, and permissions management. Ensure that SLA targets are achieved. And help in improving the levels of service and the global department performance. Contribute to our knowledge base and our documented procedures. Your profile Applicants are expected to have the following requirements.
Must-have: A bachelor's degree, IT oriented. A previous experience in a Service Desk / IT Support environment. A proven experience within a Mac environment (mainly Mac OS and iOS). A good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and its applications. Oral and written skills in French in English, with a clear communication style. Rigor, autonomy, analytics skills, and self-organization. Nice to have: A good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11. A good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking maintenance. Familiar with ITSM and ticketing tools, such as for example Jira. Any relevant certification (ITIL, Salesforce, etc.). Previous experience with one or more of the following, will be considered a plus: Adobe CC, MDM (Jamf), DRP. Applicants able to start immediately will also be at an advantage.
