Support our customers in the ongoing operation of Servity Support our IT service desk as a contact person for our customers Accept and qualify requests and fault reports in our ticket system Analyze our customers' problems together with our development department and your team and find the right solutions ensure functioning processes and thus also customer satisfaction monitor our server monitoring systems and coordinate the ticket process What you bring with you...
