It Support Engineer

We have a DSS Backfill requirement for Italy.

We require each profile for the listed location.
Whenever the primary engineer is on leave, the engineer must be ready to visit the site, which will be informed two weeks in advance.
Language proficiency: Italian B2 and fluent.
The engineer must be ready to sign a Risk Assessment document once selected and check with candidates about their health and safety insurance.
Project Location: Italy (Florence, Bari, Casavatore, Massa, Talamona, Avenza)
Experience Required: 3+ Years relevant experience in EUC Desktop support.
Primary Skill Required: Hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting Windows 10 & 11 (OS level and application level), BitLocker encryption, basic networking skills.
Secondary Skill Required: Understanding of Active Directory, Hands and Feet support for Data center operations (L3 Team will guide them with troubleshooting steps).
Estimated Efforts: On an as-needed basis, when the primary technician is on leave/vacation.
Detailed Description of Project/Requirement: Provide technicians to deliver 'hands and feet support', 'end-to-end support', 'desktop end-user support', and 'smart hands support based on SOP' to the end customer.
Technicians should be able to communicate in both Italian and English.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €200.00 - €300.00 per day
Expected hours: 8 per week
