For exciting projects at the Wolfsburg location or from your home office, we are looking for you immediately as IT Support Employee (m/f/d) Reference number: EFSGISU003 / full-time / Your tasks You take over the support for hardware and software problems of our employees at the Wolfsburg site You manage and configure hardware and software You install IT workstations, printers and peripherals for video conferences You are responsible for the issue, return and instruction of mobile devices You maintain the Microsoft Active Directory environment and the asset management database and create/update documentation Collaboration and support in projects Your profile You have completed training as an IT systems administrator (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training. You have already worked in IT support and have exciting experience that you can contribute and deepen with us. Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Windows Client as well as experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 are desirable. You work independently and in a structured manner, have strong communication skills and team spirit is very important to you. You speak very good German and English.
