Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Support Technician role located in Milan. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers and printers, and conducting computer repairs to ensure seamless operations within the organization.
Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience in Desktop Computers and Printer Support Ability to conduct Computer Repairs Excellent problem-solving abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA A+) Experience with IT asset management is a plus Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Additional Information No Visa Sponsorship has been provided; only people in Italy with legal working rights should apply.
