**Role Description**:
This is a Full-Time on-site role for an IT Desktop Support Technician located in Florence, Italy at Sharp Brains. The IT Desktop Support Technician will provide technical support and assistance to end-users on various computer-related issues. In this role, the IT Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving user hardware and software issues. They will also be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and mobile devices.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac OS
- Experience in Computer Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Good understanding of Mobile Devices (iOS and Android)
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with hardware and software
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with mínimal supervision**.**:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical users.
- Fluency (written/spoken) in Local; English language skills are a plus
**Requirements**:
- For mobile devices limited to SOP as provided for support for any configuration.
- Installing, Configuring, and basic troubleshooting knowledge of GxP Applications.
- Providing support to troubleshoot GxP Application issues in coordination with the vendor.
