About the Company: For a company in the luxury travel industry, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an IT Specialist Core Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain onboard computer systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals;Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions;Collaborate with Accor Tech and external vendors for hardware repairs and upgrades;Manage the onboard network infrastructure, ensuring stable connectivity for characters;Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points;Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive data;Provide technical support to passengers and staff for IT-related queries;Assist with setting up and configuring devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones) for onboard use;Conduct training sessions for staff on IT procedures and best practices;Implement data security measures to protect passenger information and sensitive data;Regularly back up critical systems and data to prevent data loss;Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and industry standards;Install, update, and maintain software applications used onboard (property, management system, point of sales system, entertainment system, etc.);Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with Accor Tech and vendors for software updates;Work closely with other departments (operations, food & beverage, engineering) to ensure smooth operations;Align IT Services with onboard services (entertainment, dining);Be prepared to address IT emergencies promptly;Coordinate with relevant personnel to minimize disruptions;Must Have:A minimum of 2-4 years proven experience in IT support, preferably in a luxury hospitality or transportation setting;Familiarity with reservation systems, point-of-sale software, and onboard entertainment systems;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making abilities, and customer service skills;Italian & English essentialNice to have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;Third languageLocation: Roma
