These are your tasks:





Contact person for our employees in first level support Resolving and coordinating faults - by telephone, e-mail, ticket system and remote maintenance Solving software and hardware problems (e.G. MS Office, telephony, printers) Classification and processing of requests in the helpdesk Installation and configuration of PC workstations and software products IT infrastructure Documentation Collaboration on internal IT projects This is your profile:





Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or comparable Professional experience in IT support / helpdesk Knowledge in the administration of an MS AD environment Good knowledge of the MS Windows and Office 365 product range Adaptability to changing requirements Experience in proactive support and consulting for internal customers Team and communication skills Very good knowledge of German and English These are your benefits:
