You will serve as an IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC/NETWORK) in the Security Office of NAVAL COMP TELCOM STATION NAPLES.
This position is a DoD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C.
1599f.

Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled.
Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by: 1) Building Cybersecurity programs or leading Cybersecurity teams; 2) Coordinating and providing technical support to resolve cyber defense incidents and mitigate network vulnerabilities; 3) Performing risk and vulnerability assessments or penetration testing; 4) Communicating complex technical Information Technology issues to audiences of various levels of understanding and experience.

You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential.
