Per la sede di Castelfiorentino (FI) ricerchiamo la seguente figura: IT SPECIALIST The Regional IT Director looks after and controls the entire IT landscape of a region reporting to the regional CEO, dotted reporting line to the Corporate CIO (functional reporting line).
Responsibilities: ·You are co-responsible for the definition of the Corporate IT Strategy.
·You are responsible for the execution of the Corporate IT Strategy and the alignment with the business strategy within the region you oversee.
·Developing, defining, and improving standards and processes within the region.
·Drive and facilitate effective collaboration and communications between the IT organization and the operational units within the region ·As a member of the Corporate IT management team and the Regional management team, ·advises on ICT opportunities, optimizations, and innovations.
·Contact person and link between the IT department and external service providers.
·As a people manager, steer and guide your team to work towards common goals.
·Develop competencies to be on top of trends and technology.
·Oversee the development and maintenance of IT policies, procedures, methodologies, and governance — as well as performance management frameworks and metrics — to ensure the IT organization delivers value to the company.
Requirements: ·Successfully completed IT studies.
·Ideally several years professional experience in relevant areas as the interface between IT and Business.
·Very good knowledge of the concept, design, and operation of heterogeneous IT landscapes.
·Experienced in IT service management and administration of cloud infrastructure (Azure).
·Very good know-how in IT security, including datacenter, cloud, end-user devices, processes.
·Experienced in network technologies (virtual networks, routers, firewalls).
·Experienced working in a Microsoft oriented environment.
·Good knowledge of SQL both Database and coding.
·Good knowledge of both Visual Basics and Angular.
Personal Qualities Required for the Position: ·Strong team, customer and service orientation on the one hand and being highly self-motivated to drive change.
·Thorough knowledge and experience in project and quality management methods (Agile, Scrum, ITIL).
·Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
·Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
·Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting and dynamic priorities.
