Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and devices. Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks. Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data through robust IT security measures. Support in developing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure a standardized and efficient IT environment. Assist in the deployment and management of technology solutions, including software installations and updates. Actively participate in the company's digitalization efforts, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and productivity. Ideal Background:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Help Desk, System Engineer...). High level of knowledge of Microsoft 365 (user management, Intune, SharePoint sites, etc.).
