We are offering an exciting opportunity for the position of IT Solutions Specialist.
In this position you will play a crucial role as a vital link between local teams (IT, OPS, OPSEx) and IT Product owners, who are part of EMEA regions.
Your key responsibility will be to define and rollout an IT ecosystem that aligns seamlessly with the regional footprint, taking into account various sectors, customers, and specific requirements.
What will your responsibilities be?Collaborate with IT Product owners and SAF to identify and onboard relevant IT products for the Regional scope.Embed individual products into IT solutions, identifying use cases and prospects for early adoption.Continuously improve existing solutions for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.Collect, store, and maintain relevant information and documentation for IT products/solutions.Gain direct experience with IT products through testing and proof of concept.Support the internal selling phase through collaterals and live demos.Train local teams on the IT Solutions.Develop and document rollout procedures for new IT Products and Solutions, executing implementation activities and educating local teams on replication in adherence to regional standards.You won't find another IT Solutions Specialist position like the one you'll find with DHL Supply Chain.
Now, here's what we need from you:
Minimum RequirementsMinimum 3 years of logistic project delivery experience within an IT team, preferably a focus on WMS implementation projects or similar from 3PL (Third Party Logistics).Good knowledge of key strategic products within the logistics environment, particularly in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) area.
*Preferably Manhattan.Relevant functional and technical experience, including solution and application design, application testing, and adherence to quality standards.Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with WMS products, service, or deployment management teams.Strong project management experience and conduct system training for colleagues to ensure successful project outcomes.Familiarity with software engineering skills, logistic processes, logistic engineering, project management agile methodology, and system integration.Ability to translate process requirements into system requirements, ensuring seamless integration.Strong analytical skills, pragmatic mindset, and ability to work in real-world scenarios, addressing practical challenges in logistics.Bachelor's Degree in IT or similar discipline or relevant experience preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics Sector.Fluent in English.You will stand out if you have:
