You will participate in challenging digital transformation projects in various company areas by supporting stakeholders in optimizing processes and designing enterprise solutions to cover requirements and collaborating with project functional and technical teams.
You will apply the main issues in the field of solutioning, integrations, security, quality assurance and delivery of complex projects in collaboration with the Delivery Lead and the Technical Lead to define standards, procedures, processes and guidelines.
Assist the analysis and design of IT architectures using the most innovative Salesforce solutions to meet our stakeholders needs.
- End-to-End Project Management: From refining business requirements/objectives to delivery, the role involves monitoring project progress, overseeing developments delegated to external vendors, ensuring adherence to objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Effective communication with all stakeholders: Clear and effective communication with external suppliers and internal parties involved, ensuring mutual understanding of the Project's objectives and expectations.
- Collaboration: The ability to collaborate and work effectively in cross-functional teams is essential for an IT Senior Specialist. He/she must be able to foster a positive and productive working relationship with colleagues from different departments, such as operations, marketing, finance etc etc
- Change Control & Budget and Cost Management: Managing the change control process evaluating change requests, assessing their impact, and making decisions on whether to approve or reject changes. Making decisions on resource allocation and cost optimization to ensure the program remains within budget.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that all IT solutions developed externally comply with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies

- Architettura/Progettazione e integrazione di sistemi: conoscenza approfondita dei principi dell'architettura IT, dei framework e dei modelli di progettazione. Esperienza nella progettazione di soluzioni scalabili, sicure e ad alte prestazioni. Competenza nell'integrazione di sistemi complessi, sia on-premises che cloud-based, utilizzando middleware, API e architetture orientate ai servizi (SOA). Conoscenza di strumenti e tecniche per l'integrazione di applicazioni aziendali.
- Esperienza comprovata nell'implementazione di soluzioni di integrazione su scala aziendale, in aziende Telco/Utility o complesse, attraverso il ciclo di vita del software. Queste soluzioni sono idealmente composte da una serie di tecnologie: MuleSoft/Salesforce
- Esperienza diretta nell'implementazione dei principi DevOps e delle best practice di ingegneria del software, come CI/CD, Test Driven Development e automazione.
- Competenze di sviluppo su Java, PL/SQL, LWC, Apex, Flow
- Esperienza con Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Site, CPQ +, SFI-Vlocity, MuleSoft.
- Esperienza in tecnologie di servizi web INBOUND/OUTBOUND (ad es. REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, ecc.)
- Industry Experience: significant experience in managing small and large-scale projects, including process reengineering projects or digital transformation initiatives in the telecommunications sector.

- Architecture/Design and System Integration: in-depth knowledge of IT architecture principles, frameworks, and design models. Proficiency in integrating complex systems, both on-premises and cloud-based, using middleware, APIs, and service-oriented architectures (SOA). Knowledge of tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications
- Proven experience the implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions, in Telco/Utility or Complex Companies, across the Software Delivery Lifecycle. These solutions are ideally composed from a range of technologies: MuleSoft/Salesforce
- Hands-on experience of implementing DevOps principles and Software Engineering best practices, such as CI/CD, Test Driven Development and automation
- Development skills on Java, PL/SQL, LWC, Apex, Flow
- Experience with Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Site, CPQ +, SFI-Vlocity, MuleSoft, Quip
- Experience in web services technologies INBOUND/OUTBOUND (e.g. REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Computer Science).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience and Certified Salesforce of 4+ years.
- Experience of 8+ years.
- Problem-solving: IT Senior Specialist needs strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions. He/she should be able to approach problems with a logical and analytical mindset, leveraging their technical knowledge and expertise to find innovative and effectiveness solutions.
- Adaptability: An IT Senior Specialist should be open to change, able to quickly learn and adapt to new methodologies, and industry trends. He/she should be flexible to navigate in a rapidly evolving environment.
