We are actively seeking an IT Technician with a strong background in configuring computer systems and networks, practical experience and demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting.While we welcome applications from individuals without a degree, preference will be given to candidates who possess IT-related academic qualifications.The chosen candidate will join our innovative and dynamic Company and will be in charge of the following activities:In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networksAbility to determine IT needs and train end-usersTroubleshoots computer issues and provides guidance to usersProviding IT assistance to staff and customersUpdating computer software as well as upgrading hardware and systemsDetermining company needs and coordinating the development and maintenance of network infrastructuresTesting data exchange and communication between computers, routers, modems, and serversInstalling, updating, and configuring end-user networking accessoriesCreating internet domains and optimizing intranet performanceRunning diagnostic tests and performing repairs, as well as developing backup, archiving, and data retrieval proceduresRequirements:High School Diploma in InformaticsPrevious experienceAbility to work both in a team and individuallyGood knowledge of written and spoken EnglishProblem solvingJob Location: Lucca Area (Italy) #J-18808-Ljbffr
