Responsible for accurate and timely reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required. Responsible for overseeing all related processes and ensuring they are effectively executed. Implements improvements and strategies to support the goals and objectives of the organization. Develops metrics and reporting requirements and maintains service level agreements (SLA). Trains guides and advises on the process.
