IT Security/Systems Administrator:
TXT GROUP is currently looking for an IT Security/Systems Administrator with at least 2 years of experience to join the IT Team for the Design, Management, and Support of the internal infrastructure.
Main responsibilities: Manage Security and Cyber Security infrastructure based on Sonicwall and Cisco devices;Provide support in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems;Collaborate with the IT team to implement security measures to ensure data integrity;Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues;Assist in managing backups, disaster recovery plans, and system updates;Provide technical support to end users for resolving IT-related issues. Essential requirements: In-depth knowledge of Sonicwall and Cisco firewalls;Expertise in managing Windows and Linux operating systems;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Ability to work independently and in a team. Optional requirements: Previous experience in an IT support role;Knowledge of network protocols and infrastructures;Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Associate (MCSA).
The ideal candidate will also demonstrate excellent autonomy, teamwork skills, and a good knowledge of the English language.
