MSC Cruises, the 3rd largest cruise operator globally, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT SAP FI-CO Technical Analyst to join our dynamic and international team in Naples.
The IT SAP FI-CO Technical Analyst is a self-driven and solution-oriented professional with both functional and technical SAP hands-on experience that will work on one of the most interesting digital transformations in MSC Cruises.
Reporting to the SAP Finance Development Manager, he\/she will help to deliver the full solution lifecycle of SAP FI-CO changes from business requirements gathering through solution design, system configuration, testing, business user training, production deployment and post-deployment support.
The IT SAP FI-CO Technical Analyst will cooperate and work in close collaboration with team members from both the IT and Finance business community of the company.
- You hold a university degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, Computer Science or other Technology-related field
- You have at least 2 years of experience working with SAP FI-CO module in a consulting company or at a corporate
- You have hands-on experience implementing one or more modules in SAP FI-CO
- Experience in the shipping or travel industry will be considered is an advantage
- Knowledge of technical industry standard formats, like IDOC, ISO20022 pain.001, pain.002, pain.008, camt.052\/053, SWIFT DN is an advantage
- Overall experience with SAP S4HANA release 1809 and newer is an advantage
- SAP certifications are an advantage
- You speak fluent English, any other language is a plus
- You will provide functional and technical support in the IT SAP FI-CO domain (sub-modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, T&E, FSCM, Controlling)
- You will cooperate with team members from other domains, like IT SAP P2P, O2C, Basis, Custom Development, Master Data, and etc.
- You will work in close collaboration with the Finance business community
- You will map business requirements to optimal technical solutions
- You will deliver the full solution lifecycle of SAP FI-CO changes from business requirements gathering through solution design, system configuration, testing, business user training, production deployment and post-deployment support
- You will maintain internal documentation up to date (Functional Specifications, Configuration, Training documents and etc.
)
- You will train business users on newly implemented functionalities
- You will provide ticket resolution on incidents and change requests from the business
- You will ensure that legal and country specific requirements are properly covered in SAP
- You will improve the added value, efficiency, control, regulatory compliance, automation, and data quality of the company's Finance operations, including simplifying and streamlining business processes, preparing procedures, process flows, training documents, and functional and technical specifications
- You will be coached by experienced and inspiring leaders
