The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people leading to their own professional growth.JOB PURPOSE As part of the Finance Transformation Project, the candidate will be responsible for the SAP Analytics Cloud and Group Reporting, which will replace the current EPM platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in Finance transformation project activities with a proactive approach, contributing ideas and evolutionary insights.
Actively collaborate in designing future processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization from a procedural, organizational, and system perspective.
Translate Business Needs into functional requirements for system implementation.
Ensure the correct implementation of defined functional requirements, user acceptance test and go live, participating proactively in them.
Proactively intervene to mitigate any risks and conflicts that may affect the project's success.
Contribute actively in the definition of the change management program.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science / engineering / economics.
Ideally 6-10 years in similar role as part of an IT internal department or in a consultancy company.
Solid experience with various modules of SAP Analytics Cloud and Group Reporting solutions.
Knowledge of Control Models, Budget & Forecast, Consolidated Financial and Managerial Statements, Financial Planning; integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SD) and external systems.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana release is mandatory.
Analytical skills (such as Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving and Proactivity) are mandatory.
Good relational skills, high capacity to adapt quickly to different situations and to different interlocutors, and a good capacity of team working are also required.
Good level of English (Spoken and Written).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with different international cultures.
Focus on results and able to complete task on time under pressure.
