IT Sales and Marketing Functional Expert Lavazza Group is looking for an IT Sales and Marketing Functional Expert to join our IT department at Nuvola, our HQ in Turin.
The role is responsible for contributing to the end-to-end management of the development and implementation of Sales & Marketing IT solutions in support of the overall business strategy. Therefore, the role involves ensuring efficient and effective use of IT investments and resources, working closely with technical teams, assisting in testing and quality assurance, as well as managing IT suppliers and related contracts.
Responsibilities: Support the implementation of the business strategy by managing the development of valuable and reliable IT solutions that meet business requirements.
Manage IT projects and enhancements from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time.
Oversee the IT project budget, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and that resources are used efficiently and effectively.
Be responsible for managing IT contracts, third-party vendors, and service providers within your area of responsibility.
Provide periodic updates to relevant business stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of project progress, risks, and issues.
Experience in Application Maintenance support and troubleshooting management.
4+ years of functional and technical experience with SAP Sales & Distribution.
A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in Off Invoice Discount and Trade Promo Management processes.
Basic knowledge of finance processes related to the SD module.
