The IDC4EU unit is recruiting an
**IT**
**Research**
**Project Manager** with expertise in the management of funded research projects and studies, as well as in organizing communication, dissemination and stakeholder networking activities.
In this role, you will be organizing and managing IDC participation in complex multi-partner international projects, coordinating with IDC's internal and external partners, producing reports and presentations as well as organizing project related events and workshops.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leveraging your experience with managing research projects to execute project workplans while ensuring respect of timelines, quality control, review and deliverables for projects,
- Developing and organizing the execution of project internal and external communication and dissemination activities,
- Coordinating and interacting with IDC internal and external partners as well as with the client for the projects or tasks of his/her responsibility,
- Supporting IDC4EU marketing communication by developing the unit's image and visibility with clients, partners and the IDC community,
- Support the preparation of proposals for projects and studies responding to funding bodies strategic research agendas,
- Promoting IDC and the IDC4EU brand through social media activities,
- Contributing to the development of IDC4EU research and consulting practices and methods,
- Occasionally travelling to events and project meetings mainly in Europe.
Qualifications:
- **+5 years of experience in funded research project management**:
- University degree in Political Science/Economics/Engineering/Informatics or equivalent experience,
- ** Strong interest or knowledge of European policies is a must,**:
- ** Strong interest or knowledge of technology innovation, AI, data and analytics, ITC technologies is highly desired,**:
- Project management qualification (PMI, Prince II or others) highly appreciated,
- Social Media Marketing capabilities,
- Excellent written and spoken English,
- Knowledge of a second European language would be advantageous,
- Good presentation and public speaking skills,
- Flexibility, a collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, problem-solving skills and team leadership capabilities,
