IT Project Manager - SalesforcePosting Date: 26 Oct 2024City: GenovaLocation: Genova, IT, 16128 Roma, IT, 144Contract Type: PermanentDivision: Global IT OperationsLevel of experience: IntermediateRINA is currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager - Salesforce to join its office in Genoa or Rome (Italy) within the Global IT Operations Division (Corporate IT).MissionThe ideal candidate will support project management, application design and development activities.Key AccountabilitiesPlanning activities, providing status updates to supervisor and higher levels as required.Analysis (identify requirements, define workflow, models, and objects to be managed).Evaluation of user interface design.Evaluation of system architecture (high level design), applying expertise to deliver high quality evaluations of solutions proposed by 3rd parties and/or in place.Management of the development team, acting as internal counterpart in development projects involving external suppliers.Test execution (definition of test cases, execution, collection of evidences).Providing delivery of service operations and KPI compliance, establishing metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT operations.Management of the ordinary maintenance of the software and of issues, analyzing and proposing solutions for improving functionalities and performance.EducationBachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.Master's Degree in Engineering General.Qualifications3 years experience in IT sector.English and Italian B2 or higher.Nice to have: ITIL foundation certification and/or other IT certification.Knowledge of the following technologies/products:Project Management tools (example: MS Project), Cloud infrastructure and application architectures, Experience with working or managing one or more projects delivered with market ERP, CRM platform and vertical solutions (i.e.
