For a leading European company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a functional figure who will lead the S/4HANA migration project. The company is looking for a functional figure who will manage the evolution of the Finance processes (Controlling, Budgeting, Reporting, Planning...) through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, particularly the FI-CO modules.
In general, he/she will act as a bridge between the internal business and the consulting company, which will handle the programming part.
As regards the Finance Area, he/she will contribute personally to the analysis of the business processes and to the definition of business requirements, translating them into technical language to direct the work of the consultants.

Collecting business requirements and translating them into technical language to direct the work of the consultants. Performing gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Analysing Finance processes. Acting as a bridge between the internal business and the consulting company. Overseeing the launch of solutions and helping to maximize the positive impact on the organization. Requirements:
Must-have is knowledge of S/4HANA. We are looking for a candidate with a background in the Finance area, with knowledge of Accounting and Controlling processes and the FI-CO modules. We consider candidates from both end-user and consultancy backgrounds, preferably with experience in the production sector.
Personal skills such as communication and interpersonal skills are important because the figure will interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external, and will therefore be an active part of the Innovation and Change Management process.
Experience:
Middle figure, tending to be 3 years of experience and above in SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably gained in the production sector.
Education:
We consider candidates with a STEM or Business background.
