For a project of migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA and development of the main modules of that ERP (FI-CO, PP, QM, SD, EWM), the company is looking for a functional figure who will manage the evolution of the Finance processes (Controlling, Budgeting, Reporting, Planning...) through the implementation of SAP S4/Hana and in particular the FI CO modules.
In general, he/she will act as a bridge between the internal Business and the consulting company that will take care of the programming part.
As regards the Finance Area, he/she will contribute personally to the analysis of the business processes and to the definition of Business requirements and then translate them into technical language and direct the work of the consultants.
Main responsibilities:
Collecting Business requirements and translating them into technical language to direct the work of the consultants. Performing gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities. Analysing Finance processes. Acting as a bridge between the internal Business and the consulting company that will take care of the programming part. Main qualities required:
Must-have knowledge of S4/Hana with a background in the Finance area, including knowledge of Accounting and Controlling processes and of FI CO modules. Candidates from both End-User and consultancy backgrounds are considered, preferably with experience in the production sector.
Personal skills such as communication and interpersonal skills are important because the figure will interact with various stakeholders, both internal and external, and will therefore be an active part of the Innovation and Change Management process.
Experience:
Middle figure, tending to have 3 years of experience and above in SAP S/4HANA projects, preferably gained in the production sector.
Education:
We consider candidates with a STEM or Business background.
Foreign languages:
English (B1-B2).
